Introduction

Welcome to Unifyed. By accessing and using our services, including applying to Unifyed, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the application or use our services.

Eligibility

1. Admission Requirements:
   Unifyed offers admission to students who meet the criteria outlined on our website and in the application materials. Admission is subject to meeting the academic, behavioral, and application requirements.
2. Age Requirements:
   Applicants must meet the age requirements specified in our admissions guidelines.
3. Non-Discrimination Policy:

Application Process

1. Application Fee:
   All applicants must submit a non-refundable application fee of $100 upon submission of the application. This fee covers the processing and review of the application.
2. Required Documents:
   All applications must include the required documentation as specified on the Unifyed admissions website. Failure to provide complete documentation may result in a delay or rejection of the application.
3. Interview and Testing:
   Some applicants may be required to participate in an interview and/or take entrance exams as part of the admissions process. Unifyed reserves the right to determine eligibility for such processes.

Acceptance and Admission

1. Admission Decisions:
   Admission decisions will be communicated via email. The decision is final, and Unifyed reserves the right to accept or reject applicants based on the criteria set forth in the admissions process.
2. Siblings and Legacy Consideration:
   Unifyed may give preferential treatment to siblings of current students and children of alumni, but all applicants are evaluated based on merit and ability to succeed in our academic environment.

Fees and Payment

1. Tuition Fees:
   Unifyed’s tuition fees will be communicated to the parent or guardian during the application process. Tuition is due on a schedule set forth by the school.
2. Refund Policy:
   Once a student is accepted and confirms their enrollment, tuition and other fees are non-refundable. A student may only withdraw without penalty if the withdrawal occurs before the first day of school, and a notice period will apply.

Code of Conduct

1. Student Behavior:
   Unifyed expects students to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values and principles of the school. Students must adhere to the school’s Code of Conduct, which covers behavior, attendance, dress code, and academic integrity.
2. Disciplinary Actions:
   Students who violate the Code of Conduct may face disciplinary actions, including but not limited to suspension or expulsion. Any decision made by the school regarding disciplinary actions is final.

Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information:
   Unifyed respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data submitted through the application process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
2. Data Security:

Limitation of Liability

1. Use of Website:
   Unifyed makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or its content. Use of the website is at your own risk.
2. School Programs and Activities:
   Unifyed is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during school programs, activities, or events. By participating, you agree to assume responsibility for any risks.
